Prerequisites

Connect AI may be able to detect the Odoo database name automatically from the web address. However, we recommend that you specify the name of the Odoo database and enter it in the Database field.

To find your Odoo database name:

1. Log into your Odoo Online account.

2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and choose My Databases. Your database name is listed in the table.

Alternatively, you can often see the database name in the subdomain of your URL. If your URL is https://mycompany.odoo.com, your database name is likely mycompany.

セットアップガイド

以下の手順で、Odoo をConnect AI アカウントに接続します。

1. Connect AI のダッシュボードからConnections ページを開きます。

2. 右上の + Add Connection をクリックします。

3. 検索フィールドに Odoo と入力し、データソース名をクリックします。

4. 新しいコネクションのBasic Settings タブで、コネクション名を入力するかデフォルトの名前をそのまま使用します。

5. Enter the base URL of the Odoo site to which you are connecting (for example, http://my.odoo.com).

6. Enter 認証用のOdoo ユーザー名 in the User field.

7. Enter the API Token used to authenticate the user.

8. (Optional but recommended) Enter the name of the Odoo Database to which you are connecting. The prerequisites explain how to find the database name.

9. (Optional) Set Check Permissions to False to allow a user without permission to 'ir.model.access to access all models as tables.

10. Connect AI Connection ページ上部の、Save & Test をクリックします。

    • 接続テストに成功すると、コネクションが作成されたことを示すConnection successfully saved というメッセージが表示されます。Edit Connection ページのStatus もAuthenticated に変わります。Edit Connection ページの右ペインにあるData Model タブで、成功したコネクションのデータモデルを表示します。
    • 接続テストに失敗した場合は、入力したログイン情報に余分なスペースや文字がないかを確認してください。Connect AI は、データが不足している必須フィールドの下にエラーメッセージを表示します。一部のデータソースでは、ソースのWeb サイトに直接サインインする必要があります。サインインしていない場合は、Sign in ボタンの下にエラーメッセージが表示されます。エラーを修正し、もう一度試してください。
    • 失敗したコネクションは下書きとして保存され、Status はNot Authenticated になります。後でコネクションに戻って認証することができます。
