セットアップガイド

以下の手順で、Excel for the web をConnect AI アカウントに接続します。

1. Connect AI のダッシュボードからConnections ページを開きます。

2. 右上の + Add Connection をクリックします。

3. 検索フィールドに Excel for the web と入力し、データソース名をクリックします。

4. 新しいコネクションのBasic Settings タブで、コネクション名を入力するかデフォルトの名前をそのまま使用します。

5. Select the Authentication method, then proceed to the relevant section and follow those instructions.

Authentication Methods

AzureAD

1. Enter the Sharepoint URL to connect to Excel files on a SharePoint site. Leave this field blank to connect to Excel files on your OneDrive.

2. OAuth でセキュアに接続するには、Sign in をクリックします。これにより、Excel for the web のサインインページが新しいタブで開かれます。

3. Excel for the web アカウントにログインし、リクエストされた権限を設定します（該当する場合）。

4. Connect AI Connection ページ上部の、Save & Test をクリックします。

   • 接続テストに成功すると、コネクションが作成されたことを示すConnection successfully saved というメッセージが表示されます。Edit Connection ページのStatus もAuthenticated に変わります。Edit Connection ページの右ペインにあるData Model タブで、成功したコネクションのデータモデルを表示します。
   • 接続テストに失敗した場合は、入力したログイン情報に余分なスペースや文字がないかを確認してください。Connect AI は、データが不足している必須フィールドの下にエラーメッセージを表示します。一部のデータソースでは、ソースのWeb サイトに直接サインインする必要があります。サインインしていない場合は、Sign in ボタンの下にエラーメッセージが表示されます。エラーを修正し、もう一度試してください。
   • 失敗したコネクションは下書きとして保存され、Status はNot Authenticated になります。後でコネクションに戻って認証することができます。

AzureServicePrincipal

1. Enter the Azure Tenant Id to connect to.

2. The Callback URL, or Redirect URL, is the URL you need (https://oauth.cdata.com/oauth/) when setting up your OAuth app. Copy this URL and paste it into your OAuth app.

3. Enter the OAuth Client Id, which is the client Id assigned when you register your Excel for the web account for OAuth.

4. Enter the OAuth Client Secret for your Excel for the web account.

5. Enter the Sharepoint URL field to connect to Excel files on a SharePoint site. Leave blank to connect to Excel files on your OneDrive.

6. Connect AI Connection ページ上部の、Save & Test をクリックします。

   • 接続テストに成功すると、コネクションが作成されたことを示すConnection successfully saved というメッセージが表示されます。Edit Connection ページのStatus もAuthenticated に変わります。Edit Connection ページの右ペインにあるData Model タブで、成功したコネクションのデータモデルを表示します。

5. Enter the OAuth JWT Cert Password for your Excel for the web account, if required.

6. Enter the OAuth JWT Cert Subject for your Excel for the web account. This is the subject of the OAuth JWT certificate. If omitted, the first certificate in the certificate store is used.

7. Enter the Sharepoint URL field to connect to Excel files on a SharePoint site. Leave blank to connect to Excel files on your OneDrive.

8. Connect AI Connection ページ上部の、Save & Test をクリックします。

Issue Queries

In some configurations of Excel for the web, tables are accessible under the schema name OneDrive instead of ExcelOnline. For example, when querying a Excel for the web table, the fully-qualified table name might be [ExcelOnline1].[OneDrive].[TableName]. You can use Data Explorer to view your schemas to see if this applies to your configuration.
